Can mouth ulcer become cancerous? I have white ulcer in my mouth since last two days and it is paining?

Mouth ulcer, stomatitis etc are common issues, mouth ulcer generally not cancerous. Long time in a rare cases, a long lasting mouth ulcer can be converted into cancer. As a home remedy do salt water gargling thrice a day.
