  4. Mouth ulcer. Treatment on the same!

Hi, My husband is 31 years old and he keeps on getting mouth ulcer at least once in a month.. we have observed one think that if his sleeping time gets distracted then it happens but seriously need permanent treatment on the same!!

Mouth ulcers are usually due to vitamin B complex definitely however they could also be secondary to stress and lack of sleep.
