Mouth ulcer
I am facing mouth ulcer frequently, I need to cure it. Now I have fever, headache, sore throat, and 2 ulcer on lips, feeling extremely weak.

Please start on vitamin b tablets ASAP and cut down on spicy food and drink lots of fluids
