Mouth Ulcer
I have got mouth ulcers and it's unbearable when I have my food. I have been having this problem for past 1 month and I am using vitamin tablets which are not helping. Please suggest a medicine for fast relief.

Avoid hot, citric and spicy food. Check if you have any acid reflux from stomach. Drink lots of water and liquids. Stress can also cause ulcers
