I have mouth ulcer and tongue sore last 5 days please tell me the tablet for immediate cure its painful

hello for ulcers you need to get your vitamin b levels checked. you can apply baking soda over it or else you can do baking soda gargles as a home remedy . if the ulcers still persist visit your dentist and get it checked.
