Hello.. Well mouth ulcers may be due to vitamin deficiency, acidity, spicy food, acid reflux or any underlying diseases...there are lignocaine gel available in the market which you can use to relieve the pain...kindly consult a physician once...you need to take less spicy food, have more of milk, buttermilk, curds, green leafy vegetables, and vitamin supplements

Well ...sorry for replying a bit late...there could be numerous conditions associated with mouth ulcers like traumatic ..for eg..sharp teeth which rub against the cheek or tongue ...spicy food or allergies to certain metallic fillings ....sometimes allergies to newer toothpastes may cause ulcers ....it could also be stress related or with hormonal imbalances ..or it may be something else like an auto immune condition ...so depending upon the site ..cause and severity and diagnosis appropriate medication or treatment is given U may try to use symptomatic relief gels or lotions which are available over the counter and also vitamin B capsules and at tr same time take a milder diet and drink lots of fluids and avoid stress ..if it doesn't stop u may need further investigation and prolonged treatment ..consult a proper specialist and get rid of your symptoms All the best and take care
