Mouth ulcer
I'm suffering from mouth ulcer...it heals by itself but after sometime it comes up again...what shall I do ?

If 7 have mouth ulcers then better avoid hot and spicy food. Apply dologel ct on the affected area.

Apply hexigel or dologel when you get the ulcers. Avoid hot and spicy food and add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet everyday
