Mouth ulcer
I've been having mouth ulcers from last 3 days and tried some gels like orasore and tablets like becasules to cure it but nothing worked till now. Please advice the name of medicines. Thanks!

Hello ,
Ulcers is nothing but a break in the continuity of the epithelium .
Causes of ulcers are and trauma from the neighbour sharp tooth or bite during mastication, oesophageal reflex distress syndrome, nutritional deficiency's like vitamin deficiency,aneamia any allergic reaction like to food or any medicine ,may be due to thermal burn like intake of hot food.
Ulcer may cause pain , tenderness, difficulty in eating and may have a white layer of degenerated tissue over it.
Usually ulcers persist for 5 to 7 days .you can use dologel 4 times a day and continue with your vitamin B complex tablets.
Next Steps
avoid hot and spicy food.
