Blood sugar by itself doesn't cause ulcers in the mouth, there has to be some other cause,
If this is the first time you have got such an ulcer, you should visit a dentist, it may be a sharp tooth, or some trauma may have caused it. There maybe many other causes too. Controlling your blood sugar is very good , keep it up.
