Please don't self treat with Antibiotics. You need to immediately see Dental Surgeon to take care of persistent mouth ulcers.

Were these medications prescribed to you by a dentist or a physician???? Because I think a doctor will not prescribe you these medications for the symptoms that you have just described and I hope you understand that self medication can do more harm than good. Mouth ulcers are really because of infections so antibiotics are not recommended randomly. Multivitamins help to maintain the general integrity of the skin and the mucosa but are not aimed at curing the problem. Any random also should normally Heal within 7 to 10 days unless caused by some other secondary factor. You can use anaesthetic ointments like dologel CT for temporary symptomatic relief till that time. If the ulcers are recurrent and multiple they need to be evaluated clinically for a proper diagnosis to be established so that the right treatment can be instituted accordingly. Regards.
