Hello ma'am probably ulcer might be due faulty toothbrushing . Not to worry it will subside in 3-4days.

Yes you can. I would advise you to apply hiora sg gel on the ulcer 3-4 times daily.avoid hot and spicy food as much as possible. Give him adequate rest as occurrence of ulcers in this age is mostly stress related
