Mouth Ulcer
Respected Sir/Madam I am suffering from apthous ulcer for the last 7 yrs. It occurs often but when happens it last for 12 days or so. Plz advice me early as possible to get rid from this problem once for all, if possible prescribe medicine or ointment too. Awaiting for ur needy reply. Thank you

As your medical  history you are taking finapecia and zenoxa 150. Finapecia cause constipation, which is also a cause of ulcers  in mouth. I think reason of your problem is constipation  and stress due to your medical  condition.
Next Steps
Try to reduce  stress  by doing medication, yoga, you feel better and energetic. To reduce constipation -Drink 2-3 lit.  of water Add fibre to your diet like oatmeal or green leafy vegetables  to keep bowel clean. Avoid junk food.

Most common reason for apthous ulcers is stress. Usually an ulcer does last for 7 days atleast. We need to figure out the exact reason for the ulcers and then I can advise appropriate medications.
