We have visited clinic at eveshine nagar,you diagnosed him with viral fever,now he is ok ,he doesn't have fever but he is not able to eat due to mouth Ulcer problem.please advice medicine for it.

Mouth ulcers are common in herpes viral infection. Supplement him with plenty of water intake and apply local anesthetic gel (mucopain) before taking food so that it will help intake of food
