Mouth ulcers
He has been suffering from mouth ulcers continuously for past two months. One ulcer goes and then another appears. They are painful and look red and pus-filled Open sores.

Causes of ulcer:
**vitamin B12 deficiency
**Iron deficiency anemia
**Gastric disturbance
**GERD
**stress and anxiety
**Allergic to certain food items
**Genetic factor
