What i have to do is a diagnosis. So i need to know some history. Like, what are the location of ulcers in the mouth, how big is it, colour, healing time etc.
From your history i think, the ulcers are from autoimmune disorder and most probably aphthous ulcer.
Next Steps
I suggest to apply amlexanox 5% gel when ulcers will appear. Do a blood test for iron deficiency. If positive take iron supplements. Take vitamin b complex for 2 months. And i want to refer to the oral pathologist or specialist in oral medicine, or u can consult me online here.
