I have mouth ulcers below my tongue and my throat is also paining. I have small swelling of a gland on the right side of my throat.

You might be suffering apthous ulcers of mouth which are very common. Usually they will heal without treatment within few days and you can apply dentogel for pain relief. If pain is severe then you can also use pain killer medicines till they heal
