I have mouth ulcers from yesterday which tablet I will use IAM suffering since yesterday

Avoid hot and spicy food..do antiseptic gargle after each meal.. take multivitamins.. mouth ulcer may occur due to many reasons..so visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
