Hello mam, Get it checked apply dologel 3 times a day and if it is caused by sharp tooth et it corrected.

Firstly get the sharp edge rounded off by a dentist otherwise it will keep hurting that area and your ulcer will not heal. Apply hexigel or dologel to the area. It will give some relief
