White line appears in both side of chick under my mouth and two very small yellow spots near left side gums i dont know from when these yellow spots appeared but i saw it 12 days ago when i see whit lines in my mouth. After 4.5 days i saw some very small dots of color less spots under my mouth and all thes issue are pain less and from last 7 days my left side head is paining. And my throat is like thirsty and lip is dry from last 5 days but i take 3 to 4 litre water daily than why theseproblm
