Could you please suggest a good mouth wash for daily use? Is listrene safe to use on a daily basis? Should it be diluted or can we use it as it? Is there any other good alternative?

Hello!
You shouldn't be using any kind of mouthwash on a daily basis for too long as it stains your teeth and will cause many other problems as well.
So brush-rinse-floss daily!
And rinse after every meal and brushing twice daily.. in the morning and before going to bed is a must!

You can use listrene but try to avoid on daily basis, as it affects your tooth color. Yes it should be dilute 1.1. Best is
1. Make a routine habit of brushing in night, as your mouth is closed for 8 hours while sleeping and all bacteria work at this time.
2. Rinse with luke warm water mixed with salt once or twice in a week. It will help you alot
Next Steps
Visit your dentist every 6 month, it will cost you less then damaging your teeth.
Hello dir
Please be calm
Mouthwashes are not recommended for more than two weeks because one of the common side effects is oropharyngeal cancer
So please stop it
Even Listerine is also not safe for routine use
So do not use any mouthwash gor regular use
Next Steps
just rinse with water after every meal and do normal brushing twice a day
