Movement cause pain in center of chest
Hi Doctor, I have attached pics and marked as red. When I do movement which bring any kind of stretch to chest cause pain in that area. Pain is like pinch. Looking for your advice on this issue, what this could be. This is not bec of Gas as I observed it from few days and having no GAS issue. Thanks Ravi

It is more localalised looks like costochondritis..nothing to worry just avoid exercise for two days..take tab.pan d for 3 days before food once daily and tab  zerodol once aday after food..

Take tablet Azithromycin-500 mg once daily, tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days. Apply ice over the area for half hour twice daily.

This is called teitz syndrome.. Simple pain killers are enough for this.. If not responding,  small injection is given at that place, that results in complete pain resolution.
