My wife says that she feels like something moving in her lower abdomen and it pains not frequently though. We consulted gastroenterologist and were suggested for CT scan which turned to be normal. My wife was operated twice with C section. First one was 7 years ago and second one was 3 years ago along with tubectomy.

Your wife could be having multiple adhesions which could lead to frequent movement and pain or some intestinal pathology which requires colonoscopy. Both may not be seen in ct scan.
