MRI LUmBAR SPINE REport information
Aunty facing lower back pain and legs pain.. Unable to walk properly now.. From 2 month. We consulte local doctor and did MRI and X RAY.. He said sugary must in 15 days.. So is surgery safe foe women and any side effects ? And any anternatives are there.. Plz help me sir

Try to find a good physiotherapist who specialises in spinal cases. Surgery is the last option. We have seen cases similar to the one above and they were managed successfully by  conservative management. Patience and perseverance is needed. If there is a severe weakness in lower limbs then surgery may be option.

I think u shud go for physio first bcoz in many cases physio can much help in some stenosis cases

Hi dear.studying the reports.it seems that she is having severe canal stenosis.if not improved on physio,she might need a decompression surgery.
