For my wife MRI report says that tiny t2/ flair non enhancing hyperintensities are noted in billateral frontal subcortical white matter and both cerebellum. Please explain what does this means.

It is a minimal change in mri but usually it will not produce any effect. If you have any symptoms Consult a neurologist and follow his advice
