MRI of LUMBOSACRAL SPINE
1.Diffuse disc bulges at L4-5 and L5-S1 levels causing identation upon the thecal sac and mild narrowing of the bilateral neural foramina. 2. Bilateral healed sacroiliitis. What is this all about , how much serious it is should i need to take bed rest immediately or while working with exercises it is possible to cure. Note:- I have attached the report

I think you should discuss with a spinal Surgeon face to face and take a informed agreed decision bcoz these are complex problems and not treatable by messaging though the digital world has advanced a lot
