One of my friends MRI report has below impressions. Please let us know how big the impact is and how quick the recovery will be. 1) Sacralization of L5 2) Diffuse angular bulges at D12-L1, L1-2, L2-3 and L3-4 levels. 3) Diffuse annular bulge with small focal posterocentral protrusion at L4-5 level. 4) Intradural filar lipoma from L2 to L4 levels - Benign

Physiotherapy and mild analgesics. If pain bothers him much then can opt for microdisectomy.
