Thankyou for your response sir, I don't have any numbness or any ringing sounds. I had dizziness,nausea, red eyes but now iam fine.
My question is that this disorders, was I born with it or the arteries is moved.

Very difficult to answer that. Many people can have variations in anatomy some people manifest symptoms some people don't manifest at all their life.
