I had an MRI done for a research study and they found a heterogeneous 1.5 cm lesion with possible susceptibility within the superior frontal gyrus. What can cause this?

Inflammatory granuloma, dermoids, post traumatic scar lesions or any other focal lesion. We need to see it first then only we can decide...
