I am 29 years old. MRI impression Diffuse expansion of anterior cruciate ligament parenchyma which reveals diffuse signal abnormality – suggestive of mucoid degeneration. ♦ suggestive of focal area of grade II chondromalacia. ♦ suggestive of early changes of chondromalacia. ♦ small lobulated cystic lesion in the anterior aspect of the intercondylar notch, along the intercondylar eminence of tibia as described above – suggestive of a ganglion cyst.

Go for arthroscopy of knee for cyst removal and mucous degeneration acl debridement.  Pain and knee bending will improve
