Mri spine problm
I have l4-5 problm since last two years,i currently take new mri ...please see. my mri and suggest me what to do .i have attached two copy of mri film. and in my report ,one thing also written T2- cervico dorsal spine normal wat its mean

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Hi As I understand u have slip disc at L4-5…..and it has been affecting you since two years….. There are many ways to treat this issue….. Surgery is the last option….. U can start taking the precautions so that it doesn’t worsen

Hello. Thanks for sharing the info and mri. What I can conclude from this is that L4-5 slipped disc is there. 90% of patient recovers on its own. But if the symptoms are persisting then you should consult a Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon near you. Since it’s a recurring problem we need to find out the cause why it’s happening. (In most cases it’s bad posture and long sitting). And make a definitive plan post counselling of your condition for a long term recovery and to prevent recurrence.

Slip disc at lumber spine. Medicine for 6 week Rest followed by physiotherapy. Avoid forward bending Avoid weight lifting
