I got a small ball on my lower lip.Let me know.. ..is it dangerous or not Sir? And why it just happen to me?

If that ulcer has a bluish hue, it is mostly probably a Mucocele ( Caused due to accumulation of saliva) It can be easily excised under local anaesthesia to prevent recurrence.
