Mucus and blood in stool.
In my stool mucus and blood is coming .it has been continued between 3 or4 months. I had loosed body weight.i had stomach pain. Iam 14 yrs old but still my weight is 29 kg.

Do CBC, ESR, anca levels, usg abdomen
Start t pan d twice a day, syp sparacid three times a day for symptomatic treatment.
