hello there. your history is incomplete. how many times do you need to go pass stools in a day? if its more, then you could be having a parasitic infestation. anti amoebic drugs will help. if the number of times is normal, then you may be experiencing incomplete evacuation because of deficiency of dietary fiber in your diet. so have a high fiber diet and lots of water. consult a surgeon for further help. regards
