Hello there.
I can understand your concern but I would like to know a certain things.
Are you a smoker?
Do you feel any discomfort in breathing or any discomfort in your throat?
While you brush, try to clean your tongue and remove as much as you can of the mucus.
Smoking cigarettes can cause accumulation of mucus in the throat. Therefore if you smoke, quit smoking. The benefits of quitting smoking are many.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and treatment or private message me with the details for further help.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.
