Mucus vomit after feed
Hi,
I have 3 months 20 days old baby, my baby weight has increased only 200gms per month, breast milk Is not sufficient for the entire day ,my baby Start to cry a lot as day goes on because of insufficient milk, doctor advised to try lactogen, after lactogen feed my baby throws out milk and she throws yellowish mucus kind and becomes really tired. Checked with doctor he asked to try blue packet nandini milk same condition even with that, now totally tensed Wat to do... What else can we try

In view of poor weight gain (200gm as against expected 900gm) & (possibly bilious) vomiting/regurgitation, & baby getting lethargic, it is safest that you get your girl infant evaluated at nearest medical college/tertiary Pediatric center at Mangalore.
Next Steps
From the history you given, there are a few danger signs indicating possibly unusual causes for baby's condition, (like reflux, UTI, metabolic, outlet obstruction)....which needs physical examination & limited lab workup
