Multi vitamin and vitamin D
Dear sir/madam, My kid is 2 years and 9 months, pre-covid he used to play outside and used to get lots of sunlight, however due to covid he is not able to play outside. Im worried about his vitamins intake, he is having food and through that he may be getting all the vitamins but still I suspect on the intake of vitamins particularly vitamin D. Please suggest if multivitamins can be given particularly vitamin D3 if yes which one is the best. Thank you in advance
