Multiple behaviour
My wife behaves in different ways. Sometimes she's ok and she'll do all household chores nicely but another moment she'll start behaving in different way. She'll start thinking that someone is in the room. Or someone has stolen her things. Or son/ daughter has done something.   She starts abusing blaming. And she'll defend herself by saying that you've only said this to me.  After that if she sleeps she'll sleep for a day or two.. she'll not wake up untill forced. And she'll forget what she has told. Sometimes she is someone else in the morning so caring and loving but next in the evening she's angry and abusing. Most of the day time she's alone at home. Our relationship as a husband wife is not so supportive. We often fight. Whom to consult I don't understand.

She may be suffering from a personality disorder, which is responsible for her mood swings. Consult psychiatrist asap.

Your wife's symptoms point towards either dementia or psychosis which are both serious brain conditions. Her age is quite less for dementia. Some types of dementia are even reversible in early stages. There could be other reasons too behind her symptoms bit it's not due to a personality or relationship issue. Please visit a psychiatrist in person as soon as possible.
