Multiple joint pain
How polyarthralgia condition wud examine??or what tests should be done for this??? Actually I have chronic Pain in hip joints,knee and ankle... also swelling on left knee..in the morning time the pain get severe..how wud i get instant relief from it

See if u have large joint pain with swelling ,can be  peripheral  spondyloarthritis. You can take analgesic but see a Rheumatologist for a diagnosis and proper treatment

There is a possibility of chronic inflammatory disorder of joints, possibly Rheumatoid Arthritis.. You need to get some investigations like CBC, ESR, CRP, RA factor, S. Uric  acid..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  analgesic like etoricoxib,  along with rabeprazole for now.. If it is confirmed RA, then treatment will be planned accordingly..
