Multiple problems
I have multiple problems including thyroid, inflammation, constipation and irregular periods due to menopause. Also get migraine, food sensitivity, uric acid. I also seem to be having pain around kidney which comes and goes on its own. I am confused about which specialist to m eet for my treatment. I also need guidance on safe diet plan which will factor all my problems. I am a pure vegetarian. I am also underweight by 10 kgs.

Hello there. I can understand your concern.
Consult a nearest MD physician in person. There may be a certain number of tests that will need to be done fore arriving at a particular diagnosis and then it can be treated.
Have a protein restricted diet to tackle the problem of uric acid and drink lots of water.
Have food at regular intervals and have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 full meals.

You can undergo a complete evaluation at nearby Ayurveda doctor. There is a deranged metabolism in you. Once it is rectified many problems will be reduced. Later diet can be planned.
