According to your symptoms I think you may have pain because of gallbladder stones so I suggest you should consult the gastroenterologist or laparoscopic gallbladder surgeon to assess whether the stone is causing pain to you or the pain is because of some other reason. The size of the stone has no relation regarding the severity of the pain it means even a small stone can give rise to severe pain.
So anyone with any number of the stones or any size of the stones of having the pain because of gallbladder stone he should consider gallbladder stone removal surgery for treatment and to avoid upcoming complications in the future. If you have the pain and the fever there may be the possibility of developing infection in the gallbladder so in this situation I suggest you to consult to the doctor and get appropriate blood test to look for the exact cause and a relation of the pain and gallbladder stone.
