During 2 year past i uses to perform very intense workout.. but j used to wat only home made things and eggs , fruits.
But not tried to eat something else.
And after that when i left gym. I get sick daily after one week one month or alternate weeks.
I dont know i thought that it is due to not taking any multivitamin or whey protein

If ur diet is proper u dont need supliments
Take healthy diet . Egg u take daily it is best sorce of anino acids and proteins
Fish can also take for omega 3 fatty acid.
