Need advice on multivitamin ...I m taking medicine trajenta duo, tonact asp, nexito 10...need 1 multivitamin too

Since u r taking metformin (trajenta duo) and if you are eating mostly vegetarian food it is important to take vitamin b12 at least 750mcg/ day. Vitamin d deficiency is also very common so u can take cholecalciferol 60 k every week for 4 weeks.
In case u experience statin (tonact asp) induced muscle weakness Co enzyme q is helpful.
