My brother is 25 with no illness as such.je wants to take multivitamins...can he take Supradyn...he wants to have better muscular growth...he used to go to gym pre lockdown.of he can take multivitamins then for how long and how many times in a day

Once daily . Will get good results . Take 1 month and make a gap of 15 days and then can continue.vit B -complex and Vit C can be taken regularly without any harm. Vit C will be very helpful in building
