Mumps is a viral infection that could affect either one side or both .Treatment is mainly for the pain and fever Usually settles down in a week.Take over the counter pain killers like ibuprofen and paracetamol.Apply cold compress over the swelling .It's a contagious disease, keep yourself isolated.
