Munchausen behavior.
I am so concerned about my daughter in law and my Son actually . They're both 22 years old and I just uncovered they were lying about losing twins at 28 weeks. Now, they're mad at me . I am wanting to be directed in the correct way to get them help? I was thinking of contacting my daughter in laws Mother. I don't think they have a clue they were even saying they were pregnant. I do need to give a little history , when my Son met his now wife she faked a pregnancy .

It would be very difficult to help them if they feel that they don't need any help. Whatever lies and stories they spin, they have to face the repercussions. Do refer them to a counsellor or a psychologist, if they are open to it. However, you could talk to a counsellor to get some help in dealing with them. Your good intention to get them help is understandable, but you can help someone who doesn't want it.
