Muscle injury pain
Hi Doctor, my friend has a muscle injury near the hip bone from an accident that happened a month back. The area had swelled up and had turned black. After taking tablets and a gel to reduce swelling, the injury has improved but the area has turned hard. Could you please suggest the next step?
