Muscle pain, Fatigue, Frequent urination

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am an IT professional whose work includes sitting for long hours. I have developed back pain(lower and middle) since past few months. I also feel fatigue at times. Another condition that I developed is dry mouth and frequent urination. I tried to get some exercises but couldn't...that's due to the fatigue and back pain.
