  4. Muscle pain. Will not affect my health?

Hello, I'm 42 yo and already feeling muscle pain as if it is tearing apart when I reach something or at my back. Can I drink ensure to resolve the problem? Can I drink ensure gold without prescription and it will not affect my health? My SGPT also around .69 and everytime I stand from lying or sleeping I could barely walk. Thanks - Alan
