Not sciatica pain.
Its muscular strain.
So avoid stretching.
Do hot fermentation and gently massage with pain relief oil.
Avoid long standing and walk till relief and strain full activity
It looks to be a doubtful situation, a prompt assessment is needed. There is chances that your pain is coming from muscular tissue only but can be acertained only after assessment.
once assessed can plan treatment. need to visit any expert
Is the pain located in one leg or both? Does it become worse after walking/standing. Do you have any loss of sensation in foot. X-ray is not of use to diagnose sciatica. The symptoms may be due to sciatica or muscular. If you give me some more information it will be easier to diagnose.
See a Spine Surgeon or an Orthopaedic Surgeon for assessment. They may recommend a scan if felt correct.
It's a muscular tightness u need to go for a new technique known as dry needling which is done by a sterile needle inserted intramuscularly and den it's been stimulated by moving to and fro inside the muscle to generate a muscle twitch after that u will be fine it has instant results... u will be fine in around 3 to 5 sittings and it's not sciatica...get well soon take care
Next Steps
Find a dry needling specialist who can do the technique effectively
Health Tips
