My son was having fever since 2-3 days. Now fever is fine but he is having pain in his legs.only muscle pain in right leg.

That's post viral fever muscular pain,no worry. No massage to be done. Do warm fomentatation with hot towels,give paracetamol for pain if severe.Rest for 2 days is important too.
